Valino is developed by Lagoa Logic. You can request deletion of your Valino account and the personal data associated with it at any time.
How to request deletion
Send an email from the address associated with your Valino account to hello@lagoalogic.com with the subject “Valino account deletion request”.
Request account deletionPlease include the email address used for your Valino account so we can identify the correct account.
What will be deleted
- Your Valino user account and authentication information.
- Profile and family information associated with the account.
- Valino app data associated with the account, including data you entered in the app.
Data that may be retained
We may retain limited information only when required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes. Any retained information will be kept only for the period required for that purpose and will not remain available for normal use in Valino.
